Photo Calendars using Microsoft Word
Personalized photo calendars are a snap to make with Microsoft WORD. Many people who have used Microsoft Word for many years have never done what the below video shows: that you can use Word as a simple scrapbooking software. One of the ways busy families keep up with memory keeping is by leveraging software they already own and are familiar with.
Share your photos this holiday season by making your own gift calendars. Your families and friends will enjoy them year round instead of storing your holiday photo cards away in the cellar with the other holiday trimmings.
If you have a color printer, you can print the finished photo calendar pages right at a home just like you print a Word document. If not, copy them on a thumb drive or CD, take them to your local Kinko's for 49 cents a color page. While you are there, get a transparent sheet for the top, a backing for the bottom, and have them spiral bound the photo calendar pages into beautiful gift-calendars.

Do you provide calendar templates in languages other than English? Require French Template which includes Canadian holidays, etc.

This is a wonderful project for my elementary students who love taking photos in my technology class. This is an excellent opportunity to teach the students how to navigate, select and import photos in project that is highly motivational for eager young students.
Many thanks for posting such a great idea.
Sincerely, Deb

I don't know if it possible on these templates to add additional photos onto the page. I am doing it for a large family and it would be nice to show more then one picture. I love the template and the easy to follow instructions. Your web site is also fantastic and user friendly. Thank you !Thank you! Thank you! Laura

Laura, glad you find the website helpful. Yes, you can add additional pictures. Simply click Insert -> Picture From File and add a 2nd picture. And if you watch the video above, you know the secret to making it float and move around (Right click on picture, Layout -> In front of text for your 2nd picture).
I suggest adding a 2nd, 3rd picture when you are done with putting 1st picture behind the frame. The 2nd and 3rd picture will 'float' above the background.

Dear RG, your question about adding calendar holidays. If you watch the video above, you can see how easy it is to add text and clip art to the calendar. So you can add Canadian holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, whatever you fancy. Hope that helps.
