Watch Your Life in a Blink - Click video below
Welcome to JoyRemembered.com where busy families start keeping memories with ease.
When my son was born, a more experienced parent warned me, "Don't blink". I did, and today he is 10 years old, a 5th grader who beats me in a game of Blokus any day. Time flies, and what I don't capture is lost forever.
Are you the family photographer, journalist, videographer, archivist, historian, scrapbooker? Then I know your story. Every family gathering, recital, sports event, we can count on you to have your camera, camcorder, sometimes even a voice recorder all ready for action. Then you come home and agonize for the real headache has just begun. How are you going to find time to sort it all out, make something out of it? You have an idea. Let's just dump this all on the hard drive for now. "For now" turns into "for months", that turns into "for years" that turns into "forevers". Sadly, for many families, that's how "forever" memories are made.
That was my story too, until I changed my whole memory-keeping strategy.
If you do memory-keeping the traditional way, you will fall so far behind you will be discouraged and quit altogether.

This is a typical mom's memory-keeping journey:
- Baby's first year: 36,000 pictures
- 2nd year: 800 pictures
- 3rd year: 25 pictures
- 4th year: have you seen my camera?
You chuckle. Because you know it's true.
Don't keep feeling guilty. It's not your fault, you've only known traditional memory-keeping that's time consuming and needs a lot of skill, experience and creativity.
Welcome to JoyRemembered where busy families find tips, shortcuts, techniques to preserve cherished family memories.
Preserve a little sliver of today , relive it tomorrow, make it a Joy Remembered.
